TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A Booking Fee of 50% of the whole balance quoted is required to secure your booking payable by Bank Transfer (Booking Fees/deposits are non-refundable).
Once a Booking Fee is paid you cannot then reduce the bridal party number for my services as you will still be charged the amount on the original quotation agreed. It can be increased but by prior arrangments.
Cancellation of Penny’s services:
If there is a cancellation or any changes of the wedding within 60 days of the date of services the FULL amount will be invoiced and charged.
Force Majeure or Act of God during the time of the wedding booked:
The performance of this contract or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control because of the Force Majeure.
Therefore should you postpone your wedding to another date Penny would of course be happy to move the date at no charge to yourself. Should Penny be booked on your new wedding date then she would refund the Booking Fee/Deposit minus a small charge for administration.
Balance due 7 days prior to your wedding.
A brides/clients signature and or Booking Fee/Deposit, confirms that the bride/client has read and fully understands these terms and conditions when booking my services.
Travel will be charged at 45p per mile (for out of county weddings travel costs arranged between Penny and the Bride).
A minimum of two people plus the Bride for Saturday Weddings from March to November.
Any photographs taken may used on Penny’s website/social media.
In the unlikely event that Penny cannot fulfil your wedding due to illness or emergency she will endeavour to engage another makeup artist on your behalf giving her photographs and notes taken at your trial.
